Personal Training Manager Location: North Richland Hills, Texas. Full‑time position with annual compensation ranging from $85,000 to $150,000. As a Personal Training Manager, you will drive revenue, develop a high‑performance team, and deliver exceptional fitness experiences. You will be responsible for growing personal training sales, coaching trainers on business development, and ensuring members receive top‑tier service. Responsibilities Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers, ensuring high performance and career growth. Oversee personal training programs to ensure a world‑class fitness experience for every client. Track and analyze personal training sales, client retention, and trainer performance to consistently exceed goals. Foster relationships with members, actively promote personal training services, and cultivate a strong fitness community. Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a clean and safe training environment, and optimize scheduling efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred). CPR certification required. Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc.) required. Sales‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding revenue goals. Strong leadership with proven experience coaching, motivating, and developing teams in the fitness industry. Experience driving business growth through marketing, outreach, and client engagement.
