Monitor key funnel metrics through reports and dashboards to track channel performance, diagnose deviations, and surface root-cause insights Use SQL and Python to analyze funnel trends, quantify drop-off drivers, and provide recommendations to optimize Communicate findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders Assist in updating and maintaining DBT data models in Snowflake to streamline reporting Enhance Periscope dashboards by adding charts and metrics to improve visibility across the marketing funnel Partner with Marketing, Risk, and Engineering to implement strategy changes, monitor releases, and conduct post-release impact analysis Support the Marketing Analytics team while partnering with Marketing and senior analytics experts Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail Strong ability to write queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Comfortable with joins, aggregations, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is a plus, including math, statistics, operations research, quantitative finance, physics, engineering, computer sciences, or related fields Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment is a plus Proficiency using Python is a plus Candidates must be local to Chicago or able to relocate independently; relocation assistance is not provided Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship Core Competencies Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis, with strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
