This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Denver, Colorado area.Core ResponsibilitiesMaintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.Core ExperienceMust be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.Physical/Work EnvironmentAt Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards.Candidates should reside in the Denver, Colorado area.Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion.Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.Occasional overnights required-company pays all travel costs and provides $50 per diem/per night.Driving to remote work sites as needed.Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).May need to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.Compensation: Starting at $62,400 up to $120,000 annual salary/DOEAt Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
