Job Description
NextStage Incorporation is hiring delivery drivers for small-package, last-mile delivery in the Tacoma, WA 98402 area. Use your own reliable vehicle to deliver packages to customers.
WAREHOUSE PICKUP
22703 72nd Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032. We are recruiting in Tacoma; package pickup is at the Kent warehouse.
PAY
$1.70 for the first package delivered to an address and $0.40 for the second package delivered to the same address. Pay is based on completed package deliveries, not a guaranteed hourly or daily wage.
START DATE
Earliest available start: October 9, 2026. Pickup times and route availability will be confirmed by the coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick up and scan packages; deliver to the correct addresses; follow delivery instructions; take clear proof-of-delivery photos; leave packages in safe, permitted locations, never inside mailboxes or on the road; and report delivery issues promptly.
REQUIREMENTS
Your own reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, current auto insurance appropriate for delivery work, and a smartphone capable of running the delivery app. Be dependable and follow delivery instructions carefully.

Estimated gross earnings: $180-$300 per day, depending on package volume and completed deliveries. Actual compensation is calculated per package at the rates above; this is not a guaranteed daily wage.
